The Collectors Car Sales presents a 2004 Porsche 911 4S, 6 Speed manual in Artic Silver metallic over Black Full Leather with a little over 84k miles. This beautiful example was lovingly cared for by its previous owners and thoughtfully modified. It comes with extensive record keeping via Excel spreadsheets for both modifications and service. We have had a lot of 996's grace our presence here at The Collectors but this is one of the best driving examples we have come across. The 200 cell cat's and the Fister modified mufflers give it the perfect growl at start up and under acceleration. Not so much to intrude on conversations in the cabin, but just enough to sound like a proper sports car. The IPD 82mm Plenum paired with the baffle delete, BMC Filter, EVOMs tune and GT3 throttle body are the perfect combo to really liven up the throttle response on tip in making this car a joy to drive in the city and from stop light to stop light. The Numeric Racing short throw shifter along with their cables and the Function First shift knob give this car an unbelievable shift feel. Short, bolt like shifts that are crisp and direct. This 4S rides on a set of coilovers from Fortune Auto that have been outfitted with Coilover Depot socks. This paired with the wider stance from the Rennline wheel spacers and H&R longer wheel studs make for a very stable ride. Oklahoma roads aren't known for their smoothness, and this combo handles the bumps better, offers more adjustability, and performs better through the twisties than the stock setup ever could. The clean interior has been upgraded with Numeric pedals, a blend mount for your radar detector (detector not included), Rennline wireless induction charger/phone holder, Weathertech floormats, and an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto headunit with back up camera. What we love about this car is how stealth it looks but how much of a difference the subtle mods make to the overall driving experience. The only issues we have found with the car are the key fobs are not working to lock and unlock the car and there are some small rock chips on the front end that are commiserate with the miles. That being said, feel free to drive any other 4S on the market and then come drive this one, you will leave with a smile on your face.
